Thank you for sharing your experience. Although I probably won’t get baptized (already was in the catholic faith) I have moved from being an atheist to being accepting religious beliefs and believing in a higher power. I am kind of embarrassed by the skeptics and atheist community these days. I used to follow a number of podcasts in that vein but TDS and then covid drove most of them insane.

Thanks. Glad you're no longer an atheist, and hope you take the next steps. With my science background, I admit it took a lot of evidence before I believed the bible and began to follow Jesus. It's a sad world without hope without Him.

A great journey back down memory lane Al - if I had my way, the world would regress to the 1950’s, along with the 1960’s and early 70’s, probably our best times in the West following WW2 - we could also ensure what comes after, is totally different to todays woke, progressive, Marxist hell

Yes, I really miss the post WWII decade and a half of family values and economic growth and prosperity. But we can't spend too much time in nostalgia; we must look ahead and prepare and help others to prepare for an uncertain future in this world, although the older I get, the less appealing this world is, and the better heaven is looking.
