I appreciate your posts. We are not against the great biblically-consistent history of the catholic faith, but as you say we need to stand against the non-biblically-consistent history at the same time. Believers should be defined by their allegiance to the object of our Christian faith, our Lord Jesus Christ, and to Him alone.

I just wrote a post where I touched on the difference between Catholic leadership and constituents.

Not all denominations have control of individual churches in the central denominations leaders. My church is E-free. All authority is in the individual churches. The denominations just shows similar beliefs to help people find Bible believing churches and provides resources to help churches.
